1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- You may not share or transfer your account.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Host phishing, scam, or fraudulent content
- Infringe copyright or trademark
- Host CSAM, terrorist content, or other illegal materials
- Mine cryptocurrency without an explicit plan
- Run DDoS attacks or offensive security tools
- Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access
- Resell services without a Reseller agreement
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime. See our SLA for credit terms. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Payment & Billing
- Services are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are non-refundable except per our Refund Policy.
- Failed payments → suspension after 7 days, termination after 30 days.
- Renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry.
6. Data Backup
While we maintain daily backups, you are ultimately responsible for your own backups. We are not liable for data loss except in cases of gross negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by us. You retain full ownership of content you upload.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 3 months preceding the incident.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
