• VPS plans
• Cloud Server plans
• Storage / CDN plans

What is NOT Refundable

• Domain registrations — final sale due to registry policies
• SSL certificates — non-refundable once issued
• Setup fees — for dedicated servers and custom configurations
• Add-ons after the initial 30-day window
• Renewals — refunds apply only to first purchase
• VDS (Dedicated) servers — pro-rated refund only

How to Request a Refund

1. Sign in to your dashboard
2. Open a support ticket under "Billing"
3. Include your order number and reason
4. Our team will respond within 24 hours

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations stop future charges but do not refund the current billing period.

Exceptions

Accounts terminated for Terms violations (spam, illegal content, fraud) are not eligible for refunds.
